Pros
1. Good Working Environment.
2. Great support from the management
3. Staff with diversified knowledge on Networking and Networking related issue.
Cons
1. Very difficult to climb the management ladder.
2. Still using some of the old dated infrastructure / softwares in use

Pros
- Less competition compared to other industry and stable
- Reasonable payment and benefit
- Good to work in lifetime employment
Cons
- Relatively bureaucratic
- Can be not challenging
- slow decision making
- might not be able to enhance your technical ability
Pros
Pay is OK. Good benefit. People are very nice there. If you like less stressful working place, KDDI is the one.
Cons
Long working hours. Most of top managers are Japanese speaker. You need to know how to work with Japanese people.
Advice to Senior Management
managers need to speak English in the meeting. The employees came from Japan are receiving better pay and insurance coverage than local hired.
