    I was hired for KEC International as fresh out of college. The transition was great, learnt lots of technical things.

    ProsOnly Brand name (that too may persons in India doesn't know),

    ConsPoor site conditions,supervisory work,engineers=supervisors,labour exploitation(have to work on all 7 days),Improper management,engineers working on site have no site facilities,least concerned management,communication gap between GETs working on site and office staff.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDon't spoil career of Engineers by hiring them from good engineering colleges for your supervision work as any diploma holder will do the job even at low salary.

    Prosmodest brand name-if one wants a job without any tension or skill development or competition or future aspects..just go with the flow not caring about rest of fast moving world; this company will pay you dividends.

    Consabysmal management-half literates mostly, rare BE degree in shop floor or in management forget about an MBA, engineers<=supervisors;improper evaluation system, mysterious unit head with surprisingly lack of knowledge or leadership skills, the training process is a big let down.

    Advice to Senior Managementplease do not recruit engineers. this plant is tailor made for diploma guys. hire them. will save a lot of money and someone career wont be ruined
