    Great people, 1/2 off on food and free drinks.

    Cons

    No advancement, nasty and poor manager, Long hours, and people quit all the time due to no breaks.

    Management was lenient, and job was fairly easy when staffed properly.

    Cons

    Overworked, under paid, working as an assistant manager with base pay plus 12 hour shifts.

    Pros

    I like how the staff makes you feel right at home on the very first day, so its no need to be nerves at all because its like you been working for them for years on your first day.

    Cons

    The training so at the top of its game with the GM(Steve) and assisted manager (Mark), they are so friendly and helpful to make you feel at easy, you know all the things you need to know before you're on your own at the counter or in the back prepping or cooking. You can't ask for two better gentlemen to work for or with.

    I have learn a lot since I started working there that I didn't have any idea what it takes to be apart of helpful, team work staff that don't mind leaning a helping hand when to customer come rolling in all at the same time ( lunch hour rush), continue to do what your doing because the management is a winning team there at KFC in South Charleston on MacCorkle Avenue.

    Pros

    Free food on breaks. Coworkers are always driven by superiors to work harder so the amount of work is balanced. The main rule is to be happy and make everyone lighten up. If your a student they offer help to pay for your education

    Cons

    Pay only goes up if you argue with them

    Pros

    One of the best things I like is the Learning Labs, that should be followed by all managers. Two, it is what you have to make it and Three, Hold on until something else better comes along.

    Cons

    Managers, who claim they have no time to coach individuals, because of their responsibilities, who display no interest in your management development

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Comply with MITRA training modules, then coach individuals after the modules, by signing off, as they should on specific positions. Take time to train individuals appropriately, so that develop methodically, not rushing. Be more sensitive and understanding to your team members and/or MOD's suggestions and/or opinions.

    Pros

    They had a great leadership there, made a lot of sales. Very nice environment to work in,all the employees where like family. The manager always tried to encourage everyone to do their best.

    Cons

    They didn't always have the right amount of product. Sometimes the manager would make me leave before my shift even if I didn't want to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The manager needs to stay in the store more than outside smoking, also she needs to help her workers to get the orders out. I f a person calls out sick they should not have to bring in a doctors note unless out for 3 or more days.
