    Pros are just free food really

    Standing on my feet all day really messed up my back and some people that work for the company are very rude. At my store I worked there for 3 years and never got a raise

    Give people raises and don't allow team trainers to be rude. Fire bad employees and pay attention to other employees who are stealing money

    Pros

    The company is definitely all about the customers and making sure that they are treated right and satisfied and wanting to come back again. They don't have a problem with promoting people and giving raises. You can get up to 40 hours.

    Cons

    The cons are if you get one customer compliant they are ready to fire you at that moment. They don't really care about the need and concerns of the employees. The managers are very rude and lazy. If you get 40 hours they will cut your hours behind your back to make sure you don't reach 40 hours. They clock people out unknowingly and would have you working for free.

    Get rid of some managers because they are not in that position for the right reasons.

    U basically make your own schedule and do what you want. They make sure you have all the hours you need.

    Cons

    They don't care and it gets frustrating sometimes I mean I have never had a general manager that just didn't give two flips about what was going on in his store.

    You should do some interviews and replace your GM's

    Pros

    I was able to basically pick and choose my schedule. Always able to get over 30 hours a week. Coworkers were like family.

    Cons

    No benefits. No PTO. No sick days. No raises. No anything. Rude upper management. Ridiculous corporate expectations. You were held to standards that were above your pay rate. Was constantly called in on my two off days.

    Treat employees like they're important rather than replaceable.
