I have been working at KGUN-TV full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You have job security because they are scared to fired people because they know it will take months to fool a person to come work in Tucson AZ.

    Cons

Crappy pay, no incentive to work hard because no matter how hard you work, there is NO reward at your review. Benefits? what benefits, workers at Wal-mart get better health care then Journal Employees

    Advice to Management
