Pros – Fun, smart, co-workers. Interesting experiences sometimes.
Cons – Long hours. Low pay. Sometimes marginal equipment.

“Great place, but the management has no idea what they're doing.”
Current Employee – been working at KGUN-TV full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – You have job security because they are scared to fired people because they know it will take months to fool a person to come work in Tucson AZ.
Cons – Crappy pay, no incentive to work hard because no matter how hard you work, there is NO reward at your review. Benefits? what benefits, workers at Wal-mart get better health care then Journal Employees
Advice to Senior Management – Grow a pair
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
