Seriously poor company to work for

IT Analyst (Current Employee) Milpitas, CA

ProsIf you play the game you can survive for a long time. You don't even need any knowledge or talent, just blame others behind their back and you'll be ok

ConsI work in IT and have witnessed so many good people leave. The poor environment, the inept IT management and the lack of accountability still remains to this day

Advice to Senior ManagementHR are absolutely clueless, despite years of complaints and never do anything. It's best to say nothing so you can get a paycheck

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    good work, bad culture

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsQuality of work is great and colleagues in general are good. Good work-life balance is easy to maintain.

ConsToo much politics and favoritism....I will blame this on the management and HR of the company.
The compensation for senior management seems good (via Reuters or Forbes), but at lower levels one has to fight for increments & promotion on time.

Advice to Senior Managementreduce politics & favoritism. give better compensation to lower level employees.

I despise the people here because they're so mediocre

IT Analyst (Current Employee) Milpitas, CA

ProsI work in IT and I can leave early and also work from home without anyone knowing what I'm doing, so that's a big perk

ConsHaving to deal with backward and unoriginal thinking and IT staff who have been here for years. Having worked at many companies in the Valley, I find that the management here and to a great degree, the worker bees are absolutely clueless. There's no talent here, with people just sticking around to earn their monthly wage

Advice to Senior Managementget rid of the people who have been here for years. The place is being run into the ground

Great learning Environment, great management structure.

Electrical Test Engineer (Current Employee) Milpitas, CA

ProsGreat documentation process, great senior guidance, deadlines are never unrealistic. Work-life balance is one of the best perks. Never had trouble getting time for personal reasons. Getting management to approve training was never a problem.

ConsVery hard to establish yourself. Too large of a company to get recognition that will allow you to grow.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
