KLA-Tencor Reviews

Pros
Great place to work as a CSE. If you get the right manager that doesn't micro-manage there is a lot of freedom to do as you need during the day.
Cons
Upper management seems disconnected from the employees. Being a large multi-national company it seems that there are disconnects. For example, we are sometimes forced to take some time off in order to help save the company money but in order to cover our contracts we have to fly people in from other sites and pay them overtime.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay attention to what is going on. Stop spending money in one place to save money in another. If the employees enjoy something don't take it away just to save a little money. The extra motivation it causes will more than make up for the extra cost.
