It is an average company to work at.

Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee) Fridley, MN

ProsThe management is very experienced and guides one in tough situations. Management interacts a lot with the development team members to see if everything is going okay.

ConsSalaries are very poor, they pay at least 50% less than another company in the same field. There is no system for bonus and no other benefits except for normal insurance. Computers provided were out dated at least 4 years ago. The employees are not hardworking at all and most of the times getting the smallest things done takes an unbelievable amount of argument and efforts to accomplish.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease do something regarding the low salaries you pay, benefits and employee satisfaction index along with the slow computers that everyone uses.

    Think before you leap

Consultant Specialist (Current Employee) Walnut Creek, CA

ProsThe mission and goals meet a social need I have. I like the concept of electronic medical records and beleive affordable healthcare is necessary for our country.

ConsLong Hours and a very workload coupled with no apparent plan to remediate either situation. They are trying to move an organization forward for much needed progress but they do not have the skilled resources or talent to to do so.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake care of your people. Great projects can not always go to consultants and the steady workers need to see a chance for growth and learning.

More reliance on inorganic growth and a pseudo-global organization.

Senior Process Engineer (Former Employee) Pune (India)

    Pros1.Work culture is cool
    2.Emphasis on growth
    3.Good learning experience for freshers
4.Young executives, so expect some relatively quick decisions

Cons1.Its more of a local Maharashtrian company than of a national, leave alone global company. People who are non locals tend to find it difficult interacting because the local language is used too often during team meetings, etc
    2. Still doesn't have an impact on a national scale because I suppose its more recognised as a company for the Maratha Manoos.
    3. Those relocating, be wary of the HR because they spell out very less details on the cost of relocating during interviews
    4. During 2011-12, the acquisition of Sparta was still not felt in reality though Sparta was acquired way back in 2009. Looked as if Sparta dictated terms wrt processes, certain decisions, etc. Differences persisted, but not sure now.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook national before going global. People from all states look upon you as the next Infosys. Therefore, concentrating more on the Maratha Manoos will only do more harm than good.

ConsSalary is the con for this company

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't try driving the all the projects like a call center

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
