I have been working at KPIT Technologies

The management is very experienced and guides one in tough situations. Management interacts a lot with the development team members to see if everything is going okay.

Salaries are very poor, they pay at least 50% less than another company in the same field. There is no system for bonus and no other benefits except for normal insurance. Computers provided were out dated at least 4 years ago. The employees are not hardworking at all and most of the times getting the smallest things done takes an unbelievable amount of argument and efforts to accomplish.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please do something regarding the low salaries you pay, benefits and employee satisfaction index along with the slow computers that everyone uses.
