Pros – People are smart, friendly and professional. Everyone has been very supportive and encouraging.
Cons – None. As an intern, I don't have to work many hours. Full-time employees work more than 40 hours during tax season, however.
Advice to Senior Management – None. I think they're doing a great job. I really enjoy working for this company.

Cons – There have been lay-offs previously.
