    Benefits and work life balance. Opportunity to move up and managers are supportive. Overall great place to work and you will learn a lot.

    Cons

    Long hours during tax season, possible travel for audit and advisory people. Work can be repetitive and sitting for long hours , but that's any desk job.

    Pros

    Great audit techniques, very easy to improve audit and work techniques, a good place to work. Very challenging but a good place to learn. I have learn a lot, I had very good relations with my colleagues even when coping with pressure.

    Cons

    Sometimes work vs life balance is hard to find. During audit season it can be hard to deliver

    Pros

    Range of clients, Opportunities for personal and professional development. At director level complete responsibility for client engagement through to satisfactory completion of an assignment.

    Cons

    Hours can be long depending on the nature of the assignments and client expectations. Some international travel which can take its toll on family life.

    KPMG has very good working environment, where everyone is willing to teach and offer helps. I really learned a lot during my time in KPMG.

    Cons

    Interns don't have chance to do the most challengeable work, and we don't have many chances to communicate to our clients directly.

    developed wide skillsets as a consultant

    Cons

    zero work life balance, we put in 60+ hour weeks on average, sometimes more.
    but it makes you tougher if you stick with it.

    The company is so large, there is sometimes an air of bureaucracy and corporate jargon floating around.

    It's great that upper management is making an effort to reach out to and better connect with staff via the intranet and face-to-face meetings.
