    I worked at KPMG International

    Pros

Great learning environment and opportunity working with public sector. Partners are approachable and colleagues will remain friends forever. Good office culture.

    Cons

Promotions, benefits and wages are unsatisfactory compared to other big companies. Long hours even during weekend but there is also free space during low season.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

International leadership is great but might want to apply the same leadership example and standard to other management especially in Asia where staff are unsatisfied due to benefits and wages and tend to leave the company despite having good relationship with people working together.
