I worked at KPMG International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Allowed me to gain experience and get my hours and certifications. Good brand recognition, which looks good on a resume.

    Cons

Received lukewarm evaluations after consistently overachieving in work performance. Management inhibited personal and professional growth. I now work for as a tax manager at another company and am much happier. Big firms may allow you to gain experience but are not always a healthy option long term!

I have been working at KPMG International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Except for being a big name I cant think of anything good.

    Cons

Like everything in this company shine matters more than substance. People (even senior staff) often totally shallow and unprofessional. Careeristic and bureaucratic culture. Young consutants are treated like slaves. Compared to the other Big4 not recommendable. No ence of global company, each country works for themselves. For a professional - a total waste of time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't think they need advises. Otherwise the staff turnover rates wouldn't be so extreme and over proportional to the market.
