    Pros

    - Flexible working arrangements available.
    - Can work with and learn from some very intelligent, capable colleagues.
    - You can get involved in different engagements according to your interests/abilities.

    learning experience. can get touch with a lot of clients. when you need to find your next job, it will be easy to work one of your clients

    Cons

    high rate of travel, almost no work life balance at peak season. Have to get the certificate to be promoted as senior

    Pros

    The people are good wot work with, and the managers are accommodating most of the time. Good exposure to different industries.

    Cons

    There are long hours, and the pay is not overly high given the amount of education required. Did I mention the hours?

    1. Online training opportunities
    2. Domestically well-known audit firm leading to familiarity in the community
    3. Skin-deep exposure to advisory business (Not management consulting)
    4. Some familiarity to the banking industry in the region.

    Cons

    1. A rather homogeneous work population. (one representing statement: everyone comes from a locally known IT college, has an orientation towards IT,has information system background).
    2. A strong nationalistic culture: Strong hierarchical community, Passive attributes, Top-down vertical culture, and Sink-or-Swim Learning Method.
    3. At the low-end spectrum of compensation globally and across industries, nationally.
    4. Shallow expertise in each service lines causing dependence on International KPMG Counterparts, almost every project is led by foreign counterparts.
    5. An unrealistic level of optimism in general, leading to a very confident personality,.

    Raise Salaries, Diversify Talent Pool, and Be Humble

    The team pushed you to learn and grow. The clients opened their operations and were open to transform.
