    (The capable staff always gets the most workload and gets blamed for screwing up while the not so capable staff gets the least workload and gets complemented for handling the work well)

    You will certainly meet a lot of motivated young people who you can exchange your experience with as well as get a company´s insights to find out if it is what you need.

    Cons

    Most of the courses are overloaded with information so it is hardly possible to absorb it.
    Test system is not objective sometimes.
