    If anything, CDD Projects can be a bit dull at times if all you're doing is making phone interviews.

    Learnt a lot about corporate finance. Exposure to clients, their businesses and internal information, which mean that a curious mind can learn a lot beyond his or her role.

    After some time auditing gets monotonous.

    The company is so large, there is sometimes an air of bureaucracy and corporate jargon floating around.

    Pros

    -You can find good, dedicated people
    -On a lot of projects, you will be thrown into the deep end (which is a great thing if you're a junior)
    -Ability to switch to other projects should you not like what you're assigned to
    -Ability to switch between departments should you want to try something else out

    Cons

    -It's a big firm, so it comes with a lot of the usual issues (HR, some weaker team members lurking about, some politics)
    -You may have to travel quite a bit (this can of course be a pro)
    -Long hours (again if you're a junior, this isn't so bad)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Ensure that if you send a staff member to a different department that you ensure they are performance managed by the department they are essentially seconded to
