Pros
great benefits and diverse resources
Cons
too conservative and rigid, operations and systems lack consistency and flow
Pros
- Access to resources
- Company-funded training sessions
- Relaxed atmosphere, yet serious about work
- Great social events
- A lot of fun
Cons
- Unsure about what was considered acceptable behaviour and what wasn't. Then again, my experience was skewed given that I worked as a temporary employee without going through their formal induction program.
Advice to Senior Management
None really. The leadership was well respected and lead by example. They were approachable people, but not necessarily as accessible due to their workload.
Pros
- young workforce
- opportunities to study
- advisory work can be challenging and rewarding
- great experience
Cons
- poor work life balance - hours are long
- progression depends on who you know / having a good advocate at more senior levels
- HR are hopeless
- at the end of the day, you are a money making resource, not a human being
- limited support, very often thrown in the deep end

Very heirarchical firm structure
Poor communication from leadership
Advice to Senior Management
People are your biggest asset - respect them!

Advice to Senior Management
i would relax the tough and controlled rick management frame work to encourage more risk and easier work and job
Pros

Good senior staff
Cons
-Limited professional growth
-Compensation is not enough
Advice to Senior Management
None
Pros
Good opportunities for career advancement at the firm and in industry.
Professional development is quite good. Constantly going to training sessions and lots of material available on almost every technical area.
Cons
There are a lot of politics in the office. If you don't get along with the right people, your in trouble.
Advice to Senior Management
Consider more timely and neutral feedback as well as clearer goal setting benchmark performance.
