Good structure, well defined growth opportunity
Cons
Long hours. Can be boring. Little exposure to other people if in tax.

Be little more like human.

My boss is very great and fair. My contributions are considered and I am so well respected by senior management.

The salary is not at par with other financial service companies. But that is something that one should expect at big 4

I will say the leadership should keep doing what they are doing with respect to promoting diversity and fairness and respect

5 weeks "personal" time (sick and vacation combined). Question is whether or not you'll ever get the ability to take it. Management/Partners are generally professional and respectful.

Very poor work/life balance. Can be an uptight environment.

Ensure your staff is afforded the required training to be in the forefront. Need to actively sell advisory service

Great place to start career. Awesome people. Great work culture. Nice benefits and work life balance.

Compensation is the only one I can think of.

Management is taking right steps to reduce cost which might result in employee compensation rise in the longer run.

Its a great place to for networking and you can specialize within a particular industry if you work for a few years.

Great culture and very friendly environment.
Cons
Commuting from outside of NYC is difficult, but the location is perfect and is relatively close to other Big 4 firms and financial institutions.
Advice to Senior Management
Partners that interviewed me were great and very friendly -- definitely represented the culture of the firm -- ability to meet with managers, associates, senior associates provided a great glimpse of the work environment.

You sometimes find yourself working too hard for the money
