    Pros

-Friendly, relaxed place to work -Cool offices -Interesting, fun and talented colleagues -Meet a lot of client -Help a lot of different clients

    Cons

-Work swings from being stressful and overwhelming and relaxed. There is no flexibility on this, but that is the job. You are expected to be there when you are needed, but are not chased on a daily basis, this provides an element of independence.

    Advice to Management

-Management spend a lot of time gathering feedback from everyone and take implementing it seriously. Our contentedness at work is clearly important to the firm.

I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some interesting work, mainly focused around operational strategy consulting. There is some blue sky stuff too.

    Cons

Ridiculously long hours, expected to work weekends as required, particularly in the telecolms and media and FS sectors. Basically you end up with McKinsey style workload and expectations (as that is who the group ultimately competes against) but for 60% of the salary.

    Advice to Management

Pay more to your people and deal with poor working hours
