I worked at KPMG US full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The brand of KPMG associated with it. Cab service given by the company for employees.

    Cons

Lack of transperency and false and innacurate information given by the HR at the time of hiring. Petty office politics and Groupism mainly because of lack of opportunities for people to grow, which makes more room for internal petty politics which is evident and openly shown.
Work is monotonus, and one need not apply their brains , and need not require a post graduate degree to do. Most of it involves just copy paste job, though its given fancy names, nd also effectively promoted at the time of hiring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please be more transperent, and dont fool gullible people in to believing they will do some thing gr8 when they join KGS. I wish HR and mgnt had enough integrity to give full information to people when hiring them. Under the new trainee programme, People were told that they will be trainees for 3 months, after which they will be made permanent. But after joining, they were told the trainee programme will be for 6 months with out any gurantee that making permanent will be based purely on performance. Mgnt should understand that people have choices when it comes to JOB, and they make choices based on the company, its brand, and what people commit for. and a company like KPMG shouln't break the trust by givin innacurate information and its basic duty of any employer, to atleast give all the necessary information regarding the terms of employment to help any candidate to take a well-informed decision.
