Great, as long as the Partner's don't get involved

Advisory Associate (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsGreat co-workers at the non-managerial level and ability to work with some of the best clients.

ConsManagers pad the budget and pass the blame down to the staff level. Partners are completely disconnected and abusive to staff. For example, Partner visited client A for the first time after having been on the engagement for 5 years. Same partner called staff and spent 15 minutes yelling at them while on vacation the day before the staff member's wedding. The rant was uncalled for and a result of errors made by the Partner. Nobody takes responsibility for errors in previous year audits. When you try to correct testing the following year, you are labeled as a trouble maker. No room for growth.

ProsThe people are very smart and very talented. The quality of expertise it unmatched and the services they provide are top of the line.
