Former Employee - Audit Intern in Los Angeles, CA
Former Employee - Audit Intern in Los Angeles, CA

    I worked at KPMG US

    Pros

All your travel and overtime meal expenses are reimbursed. There is per diem. Pretty standard for a large, multinational firm like KPMG, but hey, it's nice to have so that you're not paying for business costs out of your own pocket.
KPMG also gives full time Associates 25 vacation/sick days each year. This is addition to 8 days of firm holiday that everyone gets off.

    Cons

Although the internship salary was comparable with the other Big 4, KPMG pays its full time Associates about 2k less than its competitors in the Big 4.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give full time Associates and Senior Associates to make it on par with your competitors.
