    Pros

    1) Clear career growth and development scheme. 2) Processes and policies are clear. 3) Extended learning opportunities (professional qualifications, hard and soft skills trainings). 4) Days off in lieu of ovwertimes accumulated.

    Cons

    1) The assessment and promotions can be unfair (receiving a final rate) due to numberous factors. 2) Salary is lower, than average market salaries. 3) Excessive overtimes during busy season. 4) The criteria of assessment of the project work are different in different departments and of different managers, they are not unified.

    Advice to Management

    1) Increase basic salaries (it is too little) and bonus amounts (it looks like a donation to poor people). 2) Make assessment system fair and unified in each department and for each manager. 3) Make better trainings for ACCA preparation.

    Pros

Very steep learning curve first 6-9 month Work-life balance depends very much on your project manager, so ask around to get better choice if you can. You get appreciated working overtime via double promotions, so a 4-year track to manager were possible outcomes for some. No weekend overnights

    Cons

compensation starts very low in Moscow, and doesn't progress fast at all, only at senior manager it become comparable to US market. Team-building would have done a nicejob but there weren't any.

    Advice to Management

Trainings are not very often especially for newborn executives.

    Pros

KPMG is a company that challenges you on a day to day basis. Predominantly young enthusiastic people work there. You can really improve your time management, people skills, and financial reporting knowledge. Also, you can get really good at Excel. I mean it, really good.

    Cons

Sometimes it gets a little intense, but you get used to that. If you are ready to put in the work, it actually gets interesting. And if you have half-decent time management skills, you'll be sweet.

    Pros

    - Strong audit (metals and mining, utilities and medium size entities; former head of this department is now the head of the firm ) and TS (former head of TS is the head of advisory now) - Brilliant education program (including western coaches) - Office in City (hard to drive but there is a lot of space and parking; very good canteens and all other infrastructure)

    Cons

    - Advisory and valuation are not so strong (advisory recently has been changed completely again; valuation has 2-3 very specific partners) - Oil & gas audit (only Lukoil) and banking (nothing serious at all) are not so strong - IT consulting is also very small

    Advice to Management

    - Develop consulting and valuation practices
