    Pros

For at least what I do, salary is competitive, they are flexible (my husband needed to move and they are allowing me to work from home for the most part), great benefits

    Cons

Things are slow to get done (like promotions) a lot of red tape for promotions especially director to managing director.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making arbitrary requirements for promotion if it's not consistent.
