    Pros

Strong alumni culture, as many KPMG seniors are from local universities. Interns get many learning opportunities as they are rotated through various engagement teams throughout the internship. Seniors are also very patient and willing if teach if you ever want to know anything. KPMG has a great one-week orientation programme in place to help its new faces feel right at home.

    Cons

Workload can vary from manageable to insanely tedious, depending on the engagement but we can't really choose which engagement we would like to be on. Some seniors are workaholics and they expect a lot of commitment from you. However, this also means more learning opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some senior management seem to be lacking in peoples skills, such as striking meaningful conversations, being polite in assigning responsibilities and tactfulness.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

There is always something new to learn everyday and annual salary increments are very high. Great growth prospects.

Bad staff welfare; always short of manpower and staff are worked to the bone to meet tight deadlines.
