ProsVery relax, only need to attend many meetings.

ConsOld company, very national, everyone only wants to speak Dutch. And all managers do not know technology at all.

Advice to Senior ManagementTo respect engineers. To share benefits to engineers. To keep in mind, technology and innovation will make difference.

The Hague (Netherlands)

Former Employee – worked at KPN Mobile

ProsKPN Mobile, being a large organization moves a little slow and change and/or new product developments goes fairly slow which one can find annoying at times. But the company takes good care of its employees with plenty of vacation days, perks such as laptops, mobile phones, home internet subscription, blackberries, home TV subscriptionc etc availably for everyone. The company has been doing very well in a period of economic stability and the quality management has played a very significant role in this. Fairly easy to move within the company

ConsAs mentioned before, it's a large organization which moves slowly. Few international assignments. Innovation is restricted to a "best follower strategy":

Advice to Senior Managementinvest in innovation - large scale improvements take time and just follow the competition will lead to significant lags and an impact on the brand image.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
