    Pros

Great company to work for. Provide lots of training to keep employees informed of best practices. I recently completed a course called: Quality Service Model Training used by the Disney group.

    Cons

I cant think of any major cons about KRA.

    Pros

They are considered nonprofit so you are paid very well for a case manager. They also incorporate bonuses to meeting rates. They have plenty of room for growth if you are willing to travel throughout the United States and meet the demands set forth by the company.

    Cons

Due to being a "for-profit" company, the demands and expectations are highly focused on meeting participation rates and goals rather than helping customers. If you do not meet these goals, they will terminate you. Turnover is quite high. Employee morale low. Health insurance was also quite expensive through them.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on the customers we serve rather than numbers.

    Pros

good experience if you're interested in case management
it's a JOB and in this economy that's saying a lot
job security, knew i could maintain my position although it was a contracted job
good relationships with immediate supervisor, open-door policy

    Cons

    lack of upward mobility
pay is not commensurate with work load or experience
numbers driven, often at the expense of truly helping the client become self-sufficient
quality assurance only becomes an issue during contract renewal season

    Advice to Management

pay people what they are worth
if you're going to set a precedent, maintain it always, not just during times when the contract is up for grabs
