I worked at Kadence International full-time for more than a year
Pros – Kadence offers a good amount of holiday days, and a scheme were you can go home early or come in late once a month.
Cons – 1. Kadence does not value its employees and sees everyone as easily replaceable.
2. Individuals at management level have no clue and seem to have failed upward.
3. Clear divide between different parts of the business.
4. Very little room for promotion.
5. Always come up with excuses when it comes to wage increases.
6. No clear HR policy.
7. There is a blame culture where people at the bottom of the pyramid get the flak for mistakes made at the top.
Advice to Senior Management – If Kadence is to retain its staff, management needs to value hard working individuals. They also need to set an example to their fellow employees that they really care about the business as a whole.

I have been working at Kadence International full-time for less than a year
Pros – Well managed. Absolute freedom. People friendly. Continuous Process Improvements. Great work-life balance... or at least striving for it and will surely reach there. Great example for how to keep the best practices of a boutique organization as you grow big.
Cons – None found yet. Hopefully will not find many. Yes we are a bit more ambitious but then that brings passion. We are a bit less patient, but that keeps the quality high. We are also very client-centric and believe me that's not a jargon... it's lived here. We are growing fast so work-life balance gets odd at times but then you are well compensated with the culture, sense of belonging, fun and remuneration.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up!
