Pros
Benefits are superior as well as the fact it's by far the most laid back place to work in LA!!!!
Cons
Bureaucratic to say the least - takes months/years to get something accomplished!!!!!!
Advice to Senior Management
No advice - it it what it is. Can't change the look of an 80 yo man!!!!!!
