Great Place for Long Term Career if you're dedicated and know how to work hard - They will reward you.

Applications Engineer (Former Employee) Anaheim, CA

ProsRuns like a small startup at the branch level from operational standpoint but offers greater security given the resources leveraged from Kaman. Steady resources and proven business model

ConsCulture around computer and technical tools usage and IT issues seem to be stuck in the 80's. A culture of fear is applied from Corporate in this regard.

Advice to Senior ManagementTechnology enables good business, it is not the enemy. Encourage your team to participate in social media and engage with their closest customers.

Only take a job here if you're unemployed and desperate

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThey pay you once a week.

ConsUpper management is either totally incompetent or they're just waiting for their next bonus. They don't know the business and have hired middle management that doesn't know it either. Anyone who knows anything is either laid-off or shuffled off to no interfere. No new products in development and the parent company is starving them for development funds. Lots of stress, total emphasis on money and schedule, no clue as to how to make things work or develop new products.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust go away.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good starting place to work.

Aircraft Electrical Assembler (Current Employee) Jacksonville, FL

ProsIt's a paying job. It is a good place to start to pick up skills.

ConsCannot get parts procured sufficiently to complete the work orders that keep rising in amount.

Advice to Senior ManagementWorry about correcting problems on hand. Then worry about getting new contracts.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
