    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Prosthe staff are all dedicated and hardworking

Consthe amount of work piles on. there is an unstated expectancy to get it completed even if it requires working out of hours. they give excuses why they can't promote you..fiscal budgets, etc.

Advice to Senior Managementput your egos to the side more.

Opportunity to be challenged but must ask for it.

Professional Services Consultant (Former Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsGreat area of business to be challenged and lots of interesting projects. Teams usually have high caliber people.

ConsA clear segmentation between upper management and rest of organization. Not a team atmosphere when it comes to all levels of the organization.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet in the trenches every once in a while. Recognize key employees and you will keep them longer.

This company is re-engineering their long term business strategy and going through re-sizing.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsVery friendly work environment especially in the Mountain View office.

ConsWorkload in engineering is heavy in times. And, sometimes you are pushed into unfamiliar area with very little time to pick up the new things. It can be quite intense on new engineer.
