    the staff are all dedicated and hardworking

    Cons

    the amount of work piles on. there is an unstated expectancy to get it completed even if it requires working out of hours. they give excuses why they can't promote you..fiscal budgets, etc.

    put your egos to the side more.

    Nice work environment. Talented people.

    Company got too big, went too wide, and top management made tactical moves in engineering which proved to slow things down.

    Possibility to outshine middle management

    Only a few key people who actually know whats going on but who are also unreachable

    Advice to Management

    Hire more engineers and less middle managers

    Get to travel (but not always to great locations)

    Cons

    Forced to work long hours for very little recognition or reward. Entrenched senior management care little about their staff.
