Advice to Senior Management

Create a way to hear what employees think and value their input. Understand that employees need some non-monetary rewards and encouragement. Have some fun. Build morale through simple rewards like ice cream sundae breaks in the summer, health and fitness rewards, an updated cafeteria menu with healthful and innovative food.
