    Pros

great people, great benefits, awesome time off allowances, beautiful campus, supportive of community

    Cons

Lots of work to do on streamlining, processes. Lots paper forms to be moved to online. New systems needed to tie all business units together for easy collaboration and real time up to date information. Not located in the best part of town. minimal parking close to buildings.

    Advice to Management

Value the knowledge and loyalty of those with tenure, and use that to your advantage rather than cutting ties to save a few bucks.
