I have been working at Kao full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, very competitive benefit package (including pension and vacation time), overall job security as it is a lean organization, great products.
Also, it's a global organization that is large and has presence, but it's not too big- meaning that you can truly have a positive impact on the organization, you don't get lost in the shuffle.

    Cons

Kao is a growing global organization, and there are some growing pains associated with that (structurally and process wise). There can also be stagnant career growth, depending on what department you're in (low employee turnover sometimes means less opportunity for growth).
