“good opportunities but bad pay”

Pros

Large company = opportunities to move into different roles within organisation.

Cons

Compensation is not at all what you would expect from a market leader. A lot is expected and in many cases bonuses, etc are tied into economic success of company but there is a general feeling that the "wealth is not shared".

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more.
