    I worked at Kaseya full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The company has always had a great vision. Product works but has been stale the last few years. The new management team is making a difference and is committed to success. Some are better than others about leading vs managing and really caring about all the employees. Sales culture is really nice...everyone helps, even when they don't have to. Great people to work with around the company.

    Cons

    The product had lots of issues that weren't being fixed. Support is awful at following up. New management is fixing this and it seems to be making customers happier. Customers are demanding and cheap, they get very angry when they don't get what they want and keep complaining until they do. It puts a lot of pressure on sales people trying to do their job and it can be hard to take sometimes. It was just time to go.

    Fix support and make the product better. Keep doing the things you say you're doing.

    Interesting technology - had the jump on the market - fairly flexible work enviornment

    Cons

    Unless you were in the inner circle you were never going to succeed or move up. This was confirmed when the company was sold and pretty much everyone got screwed - even those who had been loyal for years.

    How many millions do you need? Treat the people who support you and get you to the top with more respect.

    Pros

    Kaseya is a company in transition. There is a new management team committed to it's employees, products and company future. The vision is solid, and there is good energy here. The executives are engaged and have worked hard to create a positive work culture and build strong teams. The products are good and the messaging is focused and strong.

    Cons

    As with all companies in transition, the restructuring changes that were necessary take time to implement. What was broken is being fixed, what is good is expanding. To some degree this is a start-up atmosphere - which is something you choose. There is a great work culture here with opportunity and team spirit.

    Stay the course and continue to keep your employees engaged!

    Pros

    Good, positive work environment, strong management team, excellent product, growing in the IT Management Cloud market space. Aggressive, start-up environment, - a great place to work for those seeking a challenge, and a good growth opportunity.

    Cons

    Be prepared to work hard. It is a start-up environment, and the company is moving forward with great velocity. Must be able to deal with change because the company is changing quickly, pursuing new customers and markets.

    Stay bold, continue to be aggressive in going after the IT Management Cloud market.

    Balance and a good work environment. People are great there. Don't know how it is with new mgmt though

    Pros

    Interesting technology, good people, well positioned in a market that has lots of opportunity for growth. The new leadership team seems to have a vision, and be competent.

    Cons

    Culture transformation is hard and takes time, still a lot of change and churn going on. Customers like the products, but will need to see delivery on promises that have been made before trust is rebuilt.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be transparent with employees and customers about the good and not so good, and keep communicating. Don't overpromise, there has been too much of that in the past.
