Good employer; interesting work; excellent and supportive colleagues and team-members

ProsGood employer; interesting work. Well-organized and with strong infrastructure to reduce admin & travel hassles.

ConsNot used often enough; sometimes hard "to get the word" on contract changes (or loss of contracts due to DOD adjustments of training budgets - no fault of DTS).

Advice to Senior ManagementGet more contracts to provide DOD military services with my SME support and services as an asset of DTS.
