    Pros

Getting to learn new products on trend.

    Cons

They do not like to promote from within, unless you are working at corporate headquarters. If you work at the headquarters, you will move up in no time. They rather hire from outside than promote from within. They do not pay fairly, don't expect a pay raise. The company likes to play favorites.

    Advice to Management

Start promoting from within people who are not working at the corporate headquarters. The human resource dept. is very unprofessional.

    Pros

Decent salary, until you factor in working 70 hours per week. Almost nice office. Not a lot of pros, free coffee in the break room.

    Cons

Cube farm with half walls are anoying, always cutting bodies and adding work, technology is worse than grade school computer lab, IT is weak and either won't or don't know how to upgrade. Transportation is a joke, can't get PO picked up on time, no training, no leadership mentoring. Nothing is ever good enough for senior leadership, but never address the weakest departments.

    Advice to Management

Trim some of the top to make room for more entry and mid level positions or the whole tree is going to topple. Hold weak department heads accountable rather than making everybody else work twice as hard to get things done.

    Advice to Management

    For most part pretty good

    Pros

Let me preface this by saying I worked at corporate, I don't know anything about the drivers or warehouse workers.

    -Salaries are good
    -Work life balance is good
-The people are really nice pretty much across the board although sometimes it can be to a fault.

    Cons

The technology is insanely outdated. Literally using software designed a designed a decade before my birth, that is not an exaggeration.

People are often hired based on personal relationships, which is not unusual, but then those people don't have to do anything. If you're put to work on a team with someone who went to the right church or something you're going to have to do all of their work.

The culture promotes the diffusion of responsibility, so you're not rewarded on doing extra, nor are you punished for not doing anything. The result is an incredible aspiration to mediocrity. Everyone seemed unhappy when I was there.

The benefits are pretty terrible. No 401k match, the ESOP program takes a minimum of 9 years to see anything and it's pretty unclear how it even works.

    Advice to Management

Update technology and your employees. Listen to your employees.

    Pros

Growing and getting past some of the growth problems

    Cons

    Pay was just so so
    Still some clueless mangers

    Advice to Management

It costs more to replace somebody than to compensate appropriately

    Pros

Current direct manager is experienced with company, but powerless to make changes to effect improvements for the team.

    Cons

Cheap, cheap, cheap - mandatory roommates at Nat'l meetings. Unprofessional, no training for development or advancement (or potential for advancement). Corporate cop out - employee owns 100% of "trying" to get help. Sr. Mgmt. not in touch w/ field sales (never done the job). Promotions are not based on job success, accomplishments, loyalty, responsibility or length of service. Not in line w/ comparative jobs for Account Mgrs: no car allowance, no company cell phone, working from home, flex time or pay. Poor and worsening Health Benefits. Work/Life Balance out of alignment - private Christian employee owned company preaches family first, but expects work first at the expense of everything else. Expected (mandatory) night, holiday and weekend work or on call. ESOP only good if you've been there 20+ years. Salary approx. 60% of equivalent Act Mgr. jobs, bonus structure not on par. Poor support and follow-through from corporate to the field. Vague outlook on the future of the company with current acquisitions and potential sell out.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking input from the filed if you're not going to listen to any of their suggestions. Take your head out of the sand and get a pulse on the real world of sales, what we do and how equivalent Account Mangers are treated and compensated.

    Pros

Plenty of time off to set at home. I cannot really think of many things positive about kehe/ tree of life.

    Cons

You are nothing but a number to this company. I have never worked with so many greedy people in my life. My hours were cut back in in 2013 and the company blamed it on the ACA (Affordable Care Act). This company has a very misogynistic and homophobic atmosphere. Management is very unorganized to the point of insanity. KeHe is not employee friendly.

    Advice to Management

    Fire all unnecessary upper Management.
