Pros
More Onsite chances to exp employees
Cons
Less packages compared to other companies
Advice to Senior Management
Good company so far... it reached expectations
Pros
-> Good Place to learn especially for mainframe freshers.
-> Good Onsite oppurtunities, but depends on the project
->
Cons
-> No clear growth path
-> No recognition of good work done
-> Too much politics
-> NO clear policies for promotion/ appraisal
-> Focus more on billing than individual growth
-> Confused policies especially after Caritor acquired Keane
Advice to Senior Management
You recruit some of the best people from colleges. Respect the individuals strenghts and look at the career growth of the individual. The package has been increased across the industry for freshers but Keane has actually decreased the actual package for freshers. Device a clear-cut policy for appraisals/ gowth etc. The high attrition rate in Keane is because these things are not taken care of.
Pros
good place to work as a fresher
Cons
low visibility , lack of recognization
Advice to Senior Management
should focus on employee benifits
Pros
One of the best known employer was Keane once one year back, honestly speaking it has a very good salary package, provide all facilities, like cab, bonuses.
Cons
After merging it is only the brand is Keane, where we all feel it as all together a new company, new place to work with, where there is no admiration for work. No one is bother to know what people want, career growth has nearly vanished.
Advice to Senior Management
Leadership is not so competitive as it in other big companies, need to bring back good experienced leaders from outside.
