    Pros

Drivers are good to be around and the trucks are okay

    Cons

Benefits are not so good, management I feel do not stand behind their drivers, communication not good, unorganized produce is all over that makes hard for deliveries. No place for advancement, starts early around 3am and work sometimes until 6 or 7pm. Worst delivery job I've ever had. Seems they only care about is getting produce off the truck no matter how it's done, no place for people to work if they have famalies. Employees are under paid for the work that is put out.

    Pros

Family owned company and the owners work side by side with the employees whenever there is a shortage of staff. People leave this company because they think there are better places and more money but a lot of the time they change their minds and come back.

    Cons

Very few opportunities for advancement or lateral moves if the company wants you to stick with the position your in.

    Advice to Management

Owners are great and take a personal interest in the employees. They really show their appreciation by treating us to picnics, BBQs, parties, etc.
