Pros

Kearsarge Meadows provides excellent facilities for the care of horses, has nice people for clients, and nice horses for the staff to ride. The work is physical, but staff get to work at their own pace, as long as the work is done to the standards set by the owner.

Getting to the location is easy, even in the worst of weather. And because the muck heap is so close to the barn, when the worst weather hits, staff still work primarily indoors.

Cons

It can get pretty darn cold in the winter.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide an electric tea kettle for making hot drinks in the winter.
