I worked at Kelkoo full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    international, young, and friendly environment
possibility to learn a job from zero. And if you are a curious person, you can go and test things (if they don't affect much the budget)

    Cons

pay is a bit below the market
no much possibility to grow from a career perspective
    lack of communication between departments

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

too much dependance form affiliates. They need to invest more on the brand if they want to stay in the market
    spend more money in innovation
try to have a proper mission and vision
try to diversify the business (for real!)

Former Employee - IT Manager in London, England (UK)

I worked at Kelkoo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice people, reasonable social events - they have cheese and biscuits in the office every Friday which is fun and gets people together

    Cons

There's very little career progrssion, no investment in people or equipment and the senior managers and the CEO in particular can be very dismissive of any new ideas. The company is failing and losing money so they are always making redundancies sometimes getting rid of people of few weeks after they've joined.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Probably need a new CEO

I have been working at Kelkoo

    Pros

    Totally gay friendly
Young colleagues, parties, drinks in the office, chilled out.

    Cons

fast turn over because of salary
    difficult to get promoted
unpredictable... they have man different websites, 13 countries and new projects... but if in one year it is not as profitable s the country manager predicted, you are sacked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more aware of what the competition is doing and the quality of their site.
