I have been working at Keller Williams full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Keeping the pulse on productivity of the Market Center. Keeping an update on agent productivity. Interaction with agent base

    Cons

See the reluctance of 'some' agents not performing to the level of minimum expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Absence of interaction with the Ownership. Lack of follow up. Focused on self vs market center.

I worked at Keller Williams full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great culture and training. The entire concept of KW is good, the beliefs, the systems and the training are top notch.

    Cons

What they say they believe and what they actually do are two different things. the bottom line is recruit as many agents as you can without regard for quality. This erodes customer service and makes all of the agents look bad. KW is more concerned about agent count than customer service.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on quality than quantity. I feel that this brand is giving real estate agents a bad name (like used car salesmen). The concepts KW teaches and training is awesome. I believe your bottom line could be the same or more if you'd focus on more production per agent instead of just more agents. I know you collect your fees per agent but I'd rather have this amount increased and have better quality agents.

I worked at Keller Williams full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Training for new software and Keller Williams business model for sales goals is helpful and offer a good start for new agents.

    Cons

The team building events and the training can be very time consuming and if commission based , can be rough on the agents bottom line.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider more mentoring for New Agents as well as support staff. The profit sharing is nice and the excellent training help ensure that key talent stay.

I have been working at Keller Williams full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great training and business model

    Cons

They take anyone that walks in the door as an agent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on your current and producing agents, less on recruiting. They say their leadership has open doors, but reality is that they are closed most times and regional and national leaders are high pressure for recruiting the highest number of agents, not the most productive or most reputable.

I worked at Keller Williams full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great business model for Real Estate Agents. Good training

    Cons

Really a training company that puts pressure on agents to pay for training events. Leadership is all ego driven. Especially Diana Kokoska. They build up all of this growth and yet their per agent productivity is some of the lowest in the industry. Great to have large companies but when only 10 % produce seems a bit off

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Live with true integrity.
