    Pros

This company is beyond great, all the other agents and team leader are always friendly and available to help with any questions. They provide the best training to help you excel and maintain your business.

    Cons

Be prepared to be a slave to your cell phone and email. If your significant other doesn't bug you when you're trying to make money they will need a sit down.

If you are not a self starter this line of work is not for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Self-employed as a realtor, therefore you get out of it what you put in. KW also nurtures the growth of their agents with team training sessions.

    Cons

Considering it is a brokerage, it can get cut throat amongst the agents.

    Pros

works very well for established agents with the commission splits structure, Profit sharing, benefits, etc...
It also works very well for new agents for the same reason but also with the training structure that will allow them to really learn the business and be successful

    Cons

Some people shouldn't be real estate agents. Don't think they should hire just anyone,

    Pros

This company is always ahead of the curve with oodles of potential and the ability to create a legacy.

    Cons

Huge and fast growth creates unfamiliarity with others you work with. Feels like a revolving door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since big teams are the way of real estate have new individual agents assigned to existing longer term / experienced agents.
