I have been working at Keller Williams

    Pros

Presents a great opportunity to receive training and learn the residental real estate industry. Great people, who work hard and are willing to help one another.

    Cons

Keller Williams at the corporate level is basically a full-service franchise to sell goods and services to local real estate agents. If you are willing to pay, KW has the training for you. But at the local level there is much more free training to help promote the sales persons business that is included in the price of your office fees and commission cap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More mentoring to balance out curriculums.
