    Pros

Terrific on-going training, profit sharing, technology and a caring staff. Great culture, top to bottom.

    Cons

Like any other real estate firm, you are an independent contractor - no health insurance, a big issue in today's workplace. Fees and splits can add up to substantial amount/percentage of your net income, particularly in a down market.

    Pros

This company is beyond great, all the other agents and team leader are always friendly and available to help with any questions. They provide the best training to help you excel and maintain your business.

    Cons

Be prepared to be a slave to your cell phone and email. If your significant other doesn't bug you when you're trying to make money they will need a sit down.

If you are not a self starter this line of work is not for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some of the best management staff I've ever been around.

Self-employed as a realtor, therefore you get out of it what you put in. KW also nurtures the growth of their agents with team training sessions.

Considering it is a brokerage, it can get cut throat amongst the agents.
