    Not a good choice

    ProsFlexible schedule is available and convenient.

    ConsThere are not enough hours based on the low pay.
    No benefits available for part time merchandisers.
    Very difficult to move up in the company after the restructure.
    No separate gas reimbursement and wear and tear on your own vehicle.
    Managers not skilled in managing and promoted for the wrong reasons.

    Advice to Senior ManagementDo not promote managers based solely on affirmative action when they do not possess competent manager skills.
