Former Employee – worked at Kellogg Company as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Very people oriented work culture. Nice facility and helpful co-workers. Lots of opportunities for advancement and the "FOOD HUB" is a PLUS+
Cons – Very people oriented work culture. Would recommend for those who are sociable and friendly. Bureaucratic at times but is a given for being such a large company.

Former Employee – worked at Kellogg Company full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Strong brands and good product development. Good marketing.
Cons – Only average pay. Employee development only given lip service. Have become micro-managers to field sales and middle management is only concerned about their own development and not their direct reports.
Advice to Senior Management – Consider 360 degree reviews for managers. Look into nepotism issues and friends promoting friends. Look into develpment planning process and enforce due dates. Listen to folks on the street and allow information to flow from the lower levels of the organization.
