    Pros

Industry best practices in place and maintained. Continuous improvement / process mindset, however, some functions are better at it than others. Salary is good for geographic locations for the most part. Manufacturing locations are less political.

    Cons

HQ can be very political. Not what, but who you know, relationships are critical to career advancement, and the organization hierarchy changes constantly. Very little work-life balance. Market for RTE is unstable so company financial performance is on boggy ground. Manufacturing locations with union can be challenging. Hourly teams work significant overtime.

    Pros

None. I liked a few of my coworkers kinda. Everyone told you right away to say goodbye to life and family. So too bad coworkers didn't conduct interview.

    Cons

Everything! 65-70 hour work week. Supreme micromanagement! Unrealistic sales goals! Unsafe work environments! They shove product in store that is completely unmanageable for store sizes. They expect you to eat breathe live your job with no part time help. If you get part time help you are EXTREMELY limited to how much you can use them. Don't bother ever taking a sick day or day off you will never get caught up. I was so disappointed in this company!! In the year that I have left out of 13 reps there are maybe 3 left. That's how many people quit their job.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. Hire part time help. Reduce back stock and stores might be nicer about letting you put product out if you don't bring in 5 pallets for every 1 you get permission to put out! Let your reps sells and merchandisers merchandise.

    Pros

Nothing, only take this job if you plan on being at this position forever.

    Cons

The pay, the culture, the treatment, everything. Take this job if you're desperate. They will treat you poorly and then act like we're all a team.

    Advice to Management

I get that most management just wants to hit numbers even if they're fake numbers. They just jam product in stores, take advantage of retailers, and and then get mad when a retailer won't abide to kelloggs unethical approach.
