Pros
Maintaied the market leadership for long time. Had a very employee friendly environment (not any more)
Cons
Old management style, short vision, too much dirty politics, no values for work-life balance
Advice to Senior Management
World is changing around you and you are not going to maintain the leader status if you don't change with time
