Pros
they have a sharepoint site with all documents for your review about employments. they give you a good amount of 401K, pre-tax commuter money options, pay pretty well, and pretty much leave you alone and let you work with the company you are contracted outt o.

first year PTO days are use or lose. During subsequent years, vacation days are buy-back and personal days are use or lose. They tax you super heavily on buy back days. also, insurance is expensive.
