I worked at Kelly Services as a contractor
Pros – Steady, available work, decent pay, even had vacation pay.
Cons – Some of the work wasn't quite what a man should be doing like folding women's undergarments.

I worked at Kelly Services full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – It is a wonderful opportunity to get into your 'targeted' companies to see the culture and work ethics.
Cons – Insurance - you'll need to buy your own.
Advice to Senior Management – If the talent from Kelly Services fits your requirements for the job, even if there is a 'hiring freeze' in your own company, hired that person as aggressively as you can through your HR steps and senior officers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Kelly Services full-time for more than a year
Pros – Kelly does not micro manage you. If you have the drive and can manage your own time, you will be successful. Sr. Management is nice, they are not industry experts so often lost in niche markets but still enjoyable to talk to and learn from. Kelly has a good base salary and their compensation incentives are existent, but not very competitive compared to other organizations. Company is living in 1977.
Cons – I have worked for several staffing organizations and Kelly's big thing is moving away from their name in industrial/manufacturing temp work and build a reputation in niche markets such as legal, it and finance. However, to get the best talent you have to be wanted. Every Kelly office is the same, bland, OLD and stripped of technology. Clients see offices, we need to show that we are a premier vendor and we have the right tools to find people they can't. They still use some green screen type programs and recruiters are expected to be administrative staff too, taking away from the real job. What Kelly needs is a makeover, something that says HEY we are a industry forerunner! Ditch the switchboard phones, ip phones, duel monitors, mobile devices and new systems will not only increase productivity but make employees stay with the company instead of ditch it. So many studies show a 15-25% increase in productivity when 2 monitors are used, this is a simple upgrade. Also, field employees aka recruiters can't get email on cell phones so if we are on vacation and work in a small office, all the concerns or job offers will have to sit in the inbox. Also, being penny pitchers they do not spend money on client lunches, coffee visits, happy hours or fun office events like every other organization does, and no rewards for top sales professionals. This company needs a huge overhaul, even their internal message boards have thousands of complaints from employees. I have been will Kelly for almost a year and it would be a GREAT place to work of they would invest in their offices, the difference in your tool box between a electric drill and a hand crank.
Advice to Senior Management – Please evaluate your systems, no one understands how to use all the different logins and input data into three separate places. Main candidate search tool is slow and not applicable for many markets, no way to harvest resumes like modern systems. One step away from old IBM green screen.
