- Solid company
- Great reputation
- Fiscally responsible
- Lots of internal opportunities for advancement and to move to other places.
Cons
- Just started ramping up in technology area
- Good medical benefits, but they could be better with less expensive/better coverage
Advice to Senior Management
More feedback from high level management to people and organizations that exceed expectations. Continue to ramp up in technology. Create a user friendly Andoid App to allow people to quickly search for jobs or find temporary help for their companies.

-- No feeling of working anywhere - neither you are viewed as an employee in the clients office nor does the Kelly representative do enough to make an employee feel part of the team

It is a great way to get your foot into the door of a company you are thinking of working with. It also allows you to see how youfit into that company

The lack of communication between employees and the contact human resources manager is very weak. There are a lot of things that do not get answered or explained correctly
