Pros
Providing industry experience to those with no professional industry experience.
Cons
Low compensation and high rate of turn over.
Pros
You get to work from home. I personally was also paid decently. They were relatively flexible with my schedule when I needed them to be (such as when my grandfather passed away).
Cons
IT is a joke. They dont have a freaking clue how to run a project, and they dont have the people nor the leadership to properly execute projects. IT Leadership is a joke in particular. Oh yeah, and they are looking to cut anyone possible, to try to make the numbers look a little better as sales slide and slide. Morale is terrible. You'll go in the office and hear people shouting at one another. Others will hardly talk, while others will do their best to stab you in the back to be sure they have another few months of employment.
Advice to Senior Management
Hey Management- wake up to the problems you created. Kendle was a great place to work when I first started there. Some of the same problems existed then- IT Leadership was still a joke, and they still didnt know how to run a project, but at least people got along, and were working to do their best to see things done successfully. You fired a lot of your good people, and a whole lot more have since quit. Time for some major changes to get this ship back on course- and I would suggest starting right at the top, and then trickle the changes on down.
Pros
Other CRAs and Leads were wonderful to work with. Great experience for a new CRA. Good training provided and LCRAs were very organized and communicative.
Cons
Raises and advancement opportunities were not offered. I received a call after working as a CRA for over 2 years from HR that I was being offered a position in the different department. If I did not take the position my job as a CRA was no longer secure. If I accepted the new position it would be offered as a 3 month contract. I contacted my manager and apparently they were never informed. Poor internal communication.
Pros
Good pay, lots of free time
supporting work en, good HR ,good working environment
Cons
poor sales, poor problem solving skills
low product diversity
Advice to Senior Management

Cons
Lack of mentoring and management support.
Pros
-Flexible schedules and ability to work from home.
-Work/life balance
-Lots of great people to work with.
Cons
-Always short on resources - forcing one to "cut corners" all the time to meet aggressive deadlines.
-Very little room for growth.
-Company does not value training.
Advice to Senior Management
Upper management is out of touch and short-sighted. Furthermore, there is no vision/direction from upper management as to what the company strategy is. Kendle has a lot of very good people that are looking to leave.
Pros
Good employer to begin career.
Cons
Benefits are less than other companies.
Pros
Flexibility. Independence at work. Work life balance. Facility to telecommute. Nice office. All these attributes are attractive to my job profile.
Cons
Less salary as compared to industry.
Lack of internal communication.
Lack of performance recognition.
Lack of social gathering, social networking within the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Raise salary based on market standards. Introduce initiatives for performance recognition. More proactive communication needed within the organization. Systems improvement is needed.
