    Pros

Great benefits Great co-workers Variety in the work - never bored

    Cons

Constant restructuring. I had 4 managers in 3 years. Disorganization with management.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and try to implement their suggestions if it will make their work life more efficient. Working from home a couple of days a week is becoming more common. Don't take away the benefit once its been given, simply because the price of gas has gone down, and it doesn't cost as much to commute!

Not really a con, but overtime at times was demanding, but can't complain too much due to the nature of the business.
