I worked at Kesko as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Kesko is a large company with a lot of history, which makes it trusworthy in the eyes of the employee. Possibilities for graduates are wide and Kesko offers lots of different positions. I had the chance to work with very nice people too.

    Cons

Being a large company is not always good. Information didn't always go through efficiently and it was impossible to know even all the people that you e-mailed with every day.

Low wages, supporting back office jobs do not seem to have much importance higher up.
