    Pros

Part of a larger team. You get to learn a lot of skills. Great to put on your resume.

    Cons

They give you time off, but it is very difficult to get the days off you want. The usual is to have a 2 patient to 1 therapist ratio (unless doing brain injury) and this includes stroke patients, and sometimes it is difficult to jump back and forth between patients. Also, you can't get money towards continuing education until you have worked for at least a year.

    Advice to Management

Get more per diem and/or part time employees so that full time employees can take time off and spend holidays with their loved ones.

    Pros

Good coworkers and patients. Pay decent considering you don't need prior experience. Hours you want including overtime allowed. Full time allows for pto/sick days.

    Cons

Health insurance could be better for working in the healthcare field. Raises are only 2% max yearly. No bonuses. Can't move up unless you get a degree in something specific.

    Pros

Client centered, educated and knowledgeable staff, willing to go the extra mile to ensure that both the client and their family were comfortable at all times. Staff will collaborate and work together as a team with everyone involved.

    Cons

High standards, lots of documentation (for therapy staff), weekend shifts, few breaks, short therapy stay for patients, limited resources for evidence based practice, high expectations.

    Pros

Love the patients. Giving the care and expertise when it comes to wound care and learning about spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries

    Cons

The pay and if your not a nurse or a physical therapist, might as well be on food stamps.

    Pros

Small campus where everyone works as a team. They cross every t and dot every i to make sure everyone knows what their job requirements so the patients are taken care of to the highest standard.

    Cons

The only thing that I can think of may not really be a con but it can be confusing when you are just learning the job. They make a lot of procedural changes for the benefit of the patients' comfort which is good for them but difficult to keep up with when you are an employee.

    Fast Paced, Massive learning experience

    Cons

    - Micomanaged
    - No communication
    - Backstabbing Coworkers
    - Cold Coworkers
    - Zero "Open door" policy
    - No time to time manage
    - You will only find that only 5% or less of people working there have been there longer than 2 years, tells you something about a company.

    Advice to Management

communication, and for people who promote ethics, and wellness... they need to take a page out of their own books.
